FESPA 2011
Barberan and the company Chimigraf participated together in the last edition of the FESPA DIGITAL show, which took place in Barcelona from the 21st to the 24th of February. The visitors had the opportunity to see our digital printing machine BIJB-210-FC printing live with an excellent quality and highest speeds. This printer was already on display at the LIGNA show last year with great success. The BIJB-210-FC is a digital printer suitable for boards of a maximum height 80 mm and a minimum length 900 mm or for foils (from 0,3 up to 1 mm thickness) with vacuum conveyor to hold down the boards. It can be supplied for widths of 140, 210, 280, 350 and 420 mm. It prints with four inkjet printing heads (CMYK) with a quality of 360 x 360 dpi and 3 grey levels. This machine also includes one UV lamp after the printing head, one roller coater and one UV lamp for matt, gloss or semi-gloss finishes. The maximum speed is 24 m/min (optionally 58 m/min). The company Chimigraf is an ink manufacturer who co-operates with Barberan in the development of the most innovative products for the digital printing industry, like the inks used in our inkjet printers.
