Company Barberán has been supplying industrial solutions to different industries since 1929 and has acquired a tremendous amount of experience in offering solutions to their customers for any kind of industrial process.

The acquired experience with gravure and flexographic printers for the last 40 years in the wood industry allowed Barberán to make the leap in 2007 to Industrial digital printing. After having supplied several production lines in the wood and PVC industry in 2013 the first complete production line to the corrugated industry was supplied to company Hinojosa. Followed in 2014 by Smurfit Kappa and in 2015 by companies Bennett Packaging from the US and Abbe Corrugated from Australia, 3 more lines are to be installed during 2016.

All Barberan efforts have been focused to offer the highest printing quality and at the same time reduce printing costs without any compromise on the printing quality. “Less is more is our motto” and in the Jetmaster printer, consumption of inks is drastically reduced without losing chroma.

In comparison to the existing conventional industrial printing systems the digital technology is a contact-free printing system which will make it possible to print on every type of flute and either flute direction without having problems like flute shadows, crushed flutes, mis register, trapping issues and many others which are typical with the conventional printing technologies.

The Barberan Digital Single-Pass technology will enable the user to meet better his customer´s individual demands as far design and production quantities are concerned with a much faster response time.

Barberan represents an insurance for reliability, quality and profitability. Twice rewarded, the Jetmaster Series is a high resolution system with 4 greyscales. UV inks and its drying process assures also the correct size of each drop, by keeping ink in its place while printing and controlling dot expansion and color mixing.

Due to the exceptional gloss and powerful chroma of specially formulated inks from different suppliers, images printed on the Jetmaster gives new sensations, deep blacks and brilliant colors that makes images vivid.

Moreover, the adding of light colors, light cyan and light magenta, allows light shades and soft transitions printings. The most recent addition are the colors violet and orange which have given the machine an even wider color gamut.

With a maximum size of 1890 mm printing width and 180 ft/min. printing speed the Jetmaster printers are available with 4 o 6 colors (CMYK or CMYK + Light Cyan + Light Magenta or Orange and Violet), 3 drop sizes, 4 grayscale and DOD print heads and is suitable for all kind of paper and flutes.
